Weizhi’s production base was established in 1999 and is located in Nanpi County, which is renowned as the “Metal Fabrication Capital”. We have been deeply engaged in the metal fabrication industry for more than 27 years. We have established a modern production base with an area exceeding 9,000 square meters. And we have obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. Below, we will introduce our metal fabrication factory display.
Where we manufacture. Production takes place at our Nanpi base in Liubali Township, Nanpi County, Hebei, China, on a site that has been processing metal since 1999. The area is more than 9,000 m² measured as the factory footprint of that base, and more than 120 people work on site. Equipment adds up to 76 units, among them 40 presses ranging from 80 to 400 tonnes, two 6 kW laser cutters, three press brakes, two 5-axis machining centres and three vertical machining centres. Capacity runs above 500,000 pieces per month, and samples usually need 72 hours. Bending, welding, surface treatment and the other operations happen on the same site instead of being subcontracted.
