Mould and Sample Storage Area
Precision starts from the very beginning. We have a dedicated mould and sample storage area where all in-production and development products are systematically managed.
Each set of molds is numbered, registered, and regularly maintained to ensure consistency and traceability in production. The sample area includes first-article verification, customer sample sealing, and historical sample retention, providing a reliable basis for batch production and quality comparison.
Sheet Metal Fabrication Area
This area houses key equipment from material cutting to forming, enabling efficient processing of all stages of sheet metal parts:
- 2 sets of 6-kilowatt laser cutting machines, achieving rapid and high-precision sheet cutting;
- 38 press machines ranging from 80 to 400 tons, covering the needs of various tonnages for small and medium-sized stamping;
- 3 bending machines and 4 hydraulic presses, completing bending and forming processes;
- 1 automatic spot welding machine + 3 electric welding production lines, ensuring welding strength and efficiency.
Whether it's the outer shell, bracket, or structural component, we can flexibly handle small-batch prototyping and large-scale stable production.
CNC, Casting and Surface Treatment Area
The core processing area covers precision machining, blank forming, and post-processing:
- Three sets of CNC milling and turning machines are used for high-precision machining such as milling, drilling, and tapping;
- Twelve sets of drilling machines are used in conjunction to complete hole processing;
- One forging equipment is used to shape metal blanks;
- Two surface treatment lines can perform processes such as sandblasting, oxidation, spraying, and electroplating;
- Four laser marking machines provide permanent identification and traceability codes for the products.
Quality Inspection Area
Before leaving the factory, every product must undergo a strict quality inspection process. We have set up incoming material, process, and final product inspections. The core measuring equipment includes:
2 sets of coordinate measuring machines, combined with conventional measuring tools, height gauges, hardness testers, and air tightness/appearance inspection equipment, ensure that the dimensions and performance fully meet the requirements of the drawings.
Packaging and Shipping Area
After inspection, the products are sent to the packaging and shipping area. They undergo standard protective packaging, labeling, and boxing, and are coordinated with the logistics system to achieve traceable shipping. At the same time, it supports customer sampling inspection or third-party inspection, with transparent information and efficient communication.
