Industrial switch power supply housing
An electronic equipment supplier in the UK customized an industrial switch power supply housing measuring 17 x 8 x 4 cm for us.
They requested that the housing have the capabilities for heat dissipation, electromagnetic shielding, and the ability to withstand intense vibrations in industrial environments.
Our proposed plan is:
- Choose a galvanized steel sheet (SECC) to balance strength and cost
- Design dense louver cooling holes on the sides and bottom of the housing
- High-precision hole drilling and forming are achieved through a stamping machine
- The interior is precisely welded, with additional reinforcing ribs and mounting columns
