Quality Control Policy

Quality-oriented

Quality-oriented

Quality is Weizhi’s survival cornerstone. With attention to detail and strict stage‑by‑stage QC, we follow a mature inspection process for batch orders: incoming → process → finished → shipment, ensuring full closed‑loop management from raw materials to customer delivery. Below is our quality inspection process:

Customer First!

We always take customer satisfaction as our guiding principle. With our strictly selected supplier network and an ISO9001-certified quality management system, we ensure that your components consistently meet specific industry certification standards.

Step 1: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) - Source Control

All incoming metallic raw materials undergo full inspection before storage to prevent non-conforming materials from entering production.

  • Chemical composition analysis: Spectrometers verify alloy element content to ensure material grades meet design requirements.
  • Mechanical performance testing: Universal testing machines and hardness testers measure raw material tensile strength and hardness.
  • Appearance and dimensions: Calipers and micrometers gauge sheet thickness, length and width, with visual checks for surface defects like scratches and rust spots.
  • Non-conformance handling: Off-spec materials are immediately rejected or returned, with defective batch records kept for supplier traceability and improvement.

Step 2: Process Inspection (IPQC) - Process Monitoring

During critical processes, the stability of the processing procedure is monitored through first-piece verification and regular inspections.

  • First-piece verification: The first piece must pass full inspection of critical dimensions and shape tolerances before mass production begins.
  • Random in-process inspection: Semi-finished products are inspected at fixed intervals during processing, with prompt corrective action for any issues to prevent batch rejection.
  • Surface quality inspection: Machined surface roughness is measured with a roughness tester, while welds are inspected via industrial endoscope to confirm uniformity and zero bubbles.
  • Abnormality handling: A 1-hour response is mandatory for detected abnormalities, followed by corrective measures whose effectiveness is tracked before production resumes.

Step 3: Final Product Inspection (FQC) - Quality Control at the Factory

Upon completion of all processing and surface treatment, a comprehensive final inspection is performed to verify product compliance with drawing and technical specifications.

  • Full-dimensional & functional testing: CMM scanning for full-dimensional inspection of complex parts, alongside functional performance tests.
  • Surface treatment acceptance: Salt spray chamber testing to evaluate coating corrosion resistance; cross-cut tests to assess coating adhesion.
  • Non-conformance handling: Non-conforming products are isolated and reviewed for rework or scrapping, with full tracking and documentation managed by the quality department.

Step 4: Outbound Quality Control (OQC) - Delivery Assurance

A full pre-shipment quality reinspection is conducted on all outbound batches during final product packaging to ensure 100% compliance of delivered goods.

  • Appearance & labeling: Verify scratch- and dent-free product surfaces, plus accurate packaging labels, quantities and batch information.
  • Critical dimension recheck: Randomly sampled re-measurement of drawing-specified critical dimensions to confirm no deviations prior to shipment.
  • Completeness verification: Cross-check against the packing list to confirm all accessories are included, and that packaging meets shock and moisture protection requirements.
